Our Mission

EdAlive is committed to creating valuable, relevant educational software resources and making them available to all.

We strive to give every child at school and home access to exciting, content-rich educational software – to increase their chances of success in learning. The Community Software Plan (CSP) was created to achieve this purpose.

EdAlive knows that kids want learning to be fun and to experience success and build on it. Parents and teachers want to see kids enjoy learning through educationally-sound material (presented in an ordered learning sequence), measurable results and value for money.

Every child’s needs are different. We want every child to experience the joy of knowing they can face a learning challenge and succeed. Whether struggling or flying, there's a place for every learner.

Reaching every child

Through CSP, EdAlive utilises the widespread availability of computers in schools and in homes to 'level the educational playing field'.
CSP enables school families to access EdAlive resources through bulk-buying, bringing the best within reach of all children.
CSP = quality software at affordable prices = all children have an equal chance to learn and therefore succeed.

Advancing every child

EdAlive wants the struggling child, the average child, and the gifted and talented child to experience the joy of confidently tackling new challenges so that real learning growth occurs.
EdAlive is aware that every child flourishes when their sense of self-worth is affirmed.
EdAlive knows that to achieve this resources must cater for a wide range of ages and abilities, be flexible, packed full of comprehensive content and accommodate different learning styles.

Bringing enjoyment to every child

EdAlive knows that children need fun (an essential component of learning) and so we build all our resources on the foundation of enjoyment.
EdAlive knows most children enjoy and benefit from shared learning experiences. We design our resources to allow maximum interaction between children of any age and ability.
