Step 1 (Hand Out Leaflets).
Hand out the parent information leaflets.
Make sure you choose a date as close as possible to the recommended distribution date. In case you don’t have a copy of the parent information leaflets, you can download a sample in PDF format.
Step 2 (Recommended Newsletter Text).
Send out a reminder in your school newsletter.
Download the recommended text for your school newsletter here.
Step 3 (Optional Supplementary Letter).
Print off the optional supplementary letter and distribute it to parents*.
The supplementary letter can be downloaded in a PDF format.
Step 4 (Optional Posters).
Print off the optional colour or black-and-white posters, and display them around your school*.
As above, the supplementary letter, along with the colour and black-and-white posters, can be downloaded in a compressed (.zip) format.
* Note that steps 3 and 4 are optional, but will help bring a better result for your school community.
