How to Claim Accrued Cash

Each month we will email your school’s nominated eCSP Liaison person to let them know of the current accrued cash balance.

Active participation

Only schools that Actively Participate in the eCSP are able to claim the accrued cash.

Procedure for claiming accrued cash

The email informing you of the accrued cash balance will have a printable eCSP Accrued Cash Claim form attached. To complete this form you will need to demonstrate the ways in which the school has actively participated in the eCSP, sign the form yourself and have it counter-signed by the school Principal. You will then need to fax or post the completed form to us. We will then draw a cheque made pay able to the school and mail it back attention to the Principal.
