Resources to use when running the eCSP
The following resources are for use when implementing the eCSP. We’ve supplied resources for you to use with, printed and email newsletters, physical display around the school and on school web sites, blogs and Facebook pages.
There is no obligation to use these materials however the more clearly parents understand the benefits of the new eCSP the more cash that will accrue for your school.
Newsletter Text and Resources
Multiple entries in the school printed and email newsletters, blogs and Facebook pages are a great way to let parents know of the benefits of the eCSP.
- Don’t rely on just one mention in one newsletter. It’s best if you can mention the eCSP regularly
- It’s better to use multiple media like the web site, newsletter and so on instead of relying on just one of them
- For the best result for your school there needs to be special times in the year when you mention the eCSP and ongoing background information available about it all the time
- Please adapt the text we have supplied to your context

Place a banner or text link on the school web site, in your class blog or on a related Facebook page. Use one of our pre-made banners or create your own. It’s a good idea to mention the link in the text you use in the school email newsletter or email communications with parents.
