Parent Information Leaflet (PIL)

We’ve made the PIL B&W to keep costs down and supplied it in a number of sizes to make copying easy. There is no obligation to use the PIL but it will be a very effective way of letting parents know about the benefits and availability of the eCSP. You can use the PIL in either printed or electronic form. The choice is yours.

Use the PIL by photocopying:

  • Keep your photocopying costs down by downloading the size and disposition that best suits your photocopier. We have supplied a number of different configurations for use on A4 and A3 paper. You can even make A5 PILs by sizing appropriately.
  • Open the PDF and enter the name of your school in the box at the top of the page and print it out either directly to your photocopier or as a master for copying
  • Distribute the PILs to the families in your school

Use the PIL with a email newsletter or as a download from the school web site

  • Download the A4 version of the PDF and open it on your computer
  • Enter the name of your school in the box at the top of the page
  • Save the PDF giving it file name incorporating the eCSP and the name of your school
  • Attach the PDF to the school email newsletter, place it on the school web site with a link to it or post it on the school or class blogs or Facebook pages
