Secure processing of credit cards
Credit card details supplied by phone, fax or mail are processed using a secure online link with the National Australia Bank (NAB) and directly with AMEX.
Online credit card transactions are processed using eWay www.eway.com.au giving you the highest level of credit card security. The AMEX option is not available through eWay.
Your credit card statement
Your credit card statement will show the supplier as EdAlive.
Credit card transaction amount equivalent of Australian Dollars (AUD)
The amount charged to your card will be the equivalent, in your currency, of the amount of your order in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the exchange rate used by your credit card company.
Orders received by mail, and those from schools and educational institutions, may be paid by cheque. We will accept cheques in Australian Dollars (AUD) drawn on an Australian bank.
Orders received by mail, and those from schools and educational institutions, may be paid by bank cheque. We will accept bank cheques in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
International Money Order
Orders received by mail, and those from schools and educational institutions, may be paid by International Money Order. We will accept International Money Orders in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
Security and privacy
All information collected and processed in regards to payment is confidential and used only for the purpose of payment. We do not store credit card details. Credit Card details are transferred securely to eWay using an industry-leading 256bit encrypted connection.
We protect your details by complying with National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information’ (Commonwealth of Australia), which sets clear standards for the collection, access, storage and use of personal information obtained as part of business operations.
