What Does "21 Days On Approval" Mean?

You have 21 days from the date of the software invoice to trial the EdAlive title(s) with your school community. If you need more time just give us a call. Contact Details

Payment

Once you have decided to keep the software, please ensure that your account is settled ASAP.

No Freight Charges

Should you wish to return the goods, forward freight will not be charged; you will have no outstanding freight charges to meet.

Returning The Goods If They Are Not Needed

Simply call our office for a Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) and post the goods back to us. Contact Details

NB: Any special offers under which software and/or licences were offered are unlikely to be repeated, so returning the goods will mean that you will need to pay full price were you to order them again in the future.
