Online ordering – Electronic Software Download

• Locate the “Buy Now” section that displays on all product pages

• Select the appropriate licensing option

• Click the “Buy Now” button and follow the prompts

• Once your credit card has been successfully charged you will be sent an email containing a link. (If you cannot locate the email check in your junk mail folder. If it has been placed here you should train your mail client to receive email from EdAlive.)

• Locate the downloaded file on your hard drive and as appropriate, choose either the Apple Mac or Windows version. Double click it to commence installing the software.

Online ordering – Physical boxed product

• Locate the “Buy Now” section that displays on all product pages

• Select the appropriate licensing option.

• Click the “Buy Now” button and follow the prompts

• You will be charged freight as appropriate

• Once your credit card has been successfully charged the goods will be posted to you. Allow 5 days for delivery within Australia or 10 days overseas.
