Graham East visited the great little public school in Pilliga in June. It was really great to see the level of engagement of the students with Typing Tournament Online.
In the week before the visit, we had introduced the new “Pacer” feature into the Typing Tournament Level Tests. It soon became apparent that some of the students did not like the change and found it distracting. Others seemed to like it and felt that it gave them a better sense of how they were tracking on the test. Graham took the valuable feedback back to the development team and in conjunction with feedback from other schools we made a number of improvements to the way the Pacer operates.
